Horse trainer Buck Brannaman is known in the United States for his excellent, very unique, methods. Like a regular modern-day cowboy he teaches people to communicate with animals, without the use of violence. His story was the inspiration behind Robert Redbford?s film The Horse Whisperer (1998). Coming from a childhood of constant punishment by his father, today Buck spreads Zen wisdom that transcends simple horse training to become a way of handling life and its challenges. Director

Studied Art at Marymount Manhattan College and the National Academy of Fine Arts, in New York. In the 1980s she worked in fashion, having her own labels, and was a painter before becoming a filmmaker. In 2008, she founded the production company Cedar Creek Productions. This is her first feature film.
