Jakarta?s most dangerous criminals, under the command of local drug lord Tama, live in an abandoned building in the city?s downtown district. A SWAT team led by police officer Rama comes to the building one morning to invade the premises and arrest the dealer. But the group is discovered and attacked, losing half its men. Those who remain are held on the sixth floor of the building, surrounded by a mass of outlaws armed to the teeth. They must now find a way to get to the first floor and escape.
